Lemmei Tan began writing a food and travel blog in 2007 as a way of recording her food and travel experiences. These trips reinforced the importance of fresh ingredients and simplicity in cooking and My Cooking Hut was Lemmei’s way of sharing this with fellow food and travel enthusiasts.
